What are our office hours?
Superior Tours is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. 
 
What days do we travel to New York City?
We travel to NYC Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday each week.
 
What is the average travel time to and from New York City?
It takes approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes depending on traffic and road conditions. 
 
Are pets allowed on board the coach?
Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are the ONLY animals permitted to board Superior Tours motor coaches.  
 
What days do we travel to Atlantic City? 
We travel to Atlantic City every Sunday and major holidays.
 
How soon in advance do I need to make my reservations?
For either New York City or Atlantic City we strongly recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible, as many of our coaches sell out early (especially during school breaks and holiday time). 
 
Is the fare refundable?
Our fares are non-refundable.
 
What about inclement weather conditions?
We make every effort to stick to our schedule. However, if we deem road conditions hazardous to the safety of our customers and drivers, it may become necessary to cancel our trips. We update our phone message and our website when that decision is made. If Superior Tours cancels the trip, you will have the option of a credit to use at another time or a refund.
 
What are the rebate amounts from each casino?
Each casino varies and the rebates given are subject to change by the casinos at any time. When you call to make your reservation, you may ask what the rebate amounts are at that time.
 
How do I charter a coach for a trip I am planning?
You can simply contact us by phone at 410-602-1704 or toll free at 1-800-754-9097. You can also submit a request form online through our contact form.
 
How do I make a reservation after your office is closed?
If you plan to travel within 48 hours, please leave a message on our answering machine. We monitor our after-hours phone messages regularly. You will receive a return call as quickly as possible. If your reservation is more than three (3) days away, please call during our regular business hours.
